Unable to remove program from my PC.

I cannot uninstall or delete this Reimage program. I have deleted individual files but there are two that I cannot delete,
namely, reiguard.exe and reisystem.exe.
The attached image shows what comes up when I try to uninstall this rubbish.

Looks like the confirmation button is outside the window. Try pressing space or tab+space or tab+tab+space.

When I try to delete those two .exe files it states that they are currently being used in a program so cannot be deleted.
Task Manager shows No applications running.

Check in Processes.

Those two exe files are in processes but there is no option to delete them, only "end process"

Edit: Ok I got rid of all traces of this program. On ending process I was able to delete those files.
