unable to view certain channels on my extra view decoder.

morning all. i have the hd pvr set up in the lonuge, i also have a 1110 linked to it to enable me to watch the same channels in annother room (bar) and here is the problem. if i turn the second tv over to say BBC E or any of the discovery/ history/ crime channels, i can't watch them and i get asked to press the frikkin menu 13 ( re-scan ) window all the time. this is driving me barmy !! can anybody help? DSTV help line can't and want me to climb behind the tv, remove both decoders and take it to them to test... it is not an easy task at all as we all know what kinda stuff is involved in doing that. i might not be seen for a few days if i go behind there..:wtf:
 
Might be a problem with a multiswitch port not getting horizontal channels
I assume you have a 2x6 multiswitch so have 1 spare port on it? If so then connect the 1110 to the spare port
