Hi,

Does anyone know what I need to apply at Home Affairs for a copy of my unabridged birth certificate?
Do I need any documents other than my ID?

Did you need it for the UK visas? (I think you mentioned you emigrated there)

Correct. Only for an ancestry visa tho. I don't think you need unabridged certs for other type of general visas

Oh yes that makes sense then. I did not see the requirement for SWV or Spouse visa.
