When you guys got your iPhone. Did you activate it and allow it to run dead before fully charging it or did you charge it straight from the box?

No, I had to wind mine up first..

All that charge up full and run dead stuff is over long time ago. Its not necessary with Li-Pol batteries, just charge and go.

it IS necessary with NiCd batteries... it's not necessary with the latest tech lithium polymer batteries
