Vodacom CEO gave us too many excuses for not providing uncapped 3G.

He wants more spectrum in the 2100mhz band so no-one else can enter the market. Just like what Vodacom did with the 900mhz Band.

Check the ICASA spectrum list.

Cell-C uses the EGSM 900 Band which should not be SO.

Backhaul not ready enough.

Not financially feasible at the moment to do SO.

If they didn't throttle it so badly after 3GB, then I would say it's a fair deal. I mean, sure, keep the 3GB thing there, but at least give decent speeds after that....like 384 speeds at least, which is good enough for basic browsing.
