HI there

I have been with Telkom uncapped for a few years with no problems. Two months ago I upgraded froma 4mb to 10mb line and today when I try to open a website it says I have exceeded the fair use policy....

I cant log in to see as that does not seem to be working but according to my lap top meter ive used about 200gbs.

I understand I will be throttled but actually I cant even open a web page or send a mail its so bad.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? still a long way till end of month to have not net!
 
Schedule your downloads between midnight and 7 am. It does not count to your usage with Telkom.

Using this method I download on average 200 gigs a month. Their usage panel stays in the green and I have no hassles.

How do you see your data usage if on uncapped? The call center says you cant and when I try log in it does not work.
