Uncapped Account?

Got an openweb uncapped.

Its completely dead. Not even getting 1kb per sec.
Anyone know of any others out there that are decent??

I was told that IS is performing some sort of upgrade etc..

Atleast if I were getting 1kb's the download would be going somwhere.

Now it just sits at 0. Not even a 100 bytes.

Anyways cant be paying R1000+ for an account that gives you diddly squat.

Ideas, Suggestions, Thoughts?

Try phoning openweb. They should be able to tell you what's happening.
