Uncapped adsl 4mbs line

I have constant connection problem with the above.
My use is mainly wireless and suggestion have benn made that I obtain the signal extender.
Is ther any merit in this as according to coverage map I am in a high saturation area

Uncapped 4mpbs vdsl

.I have a 4mbps uncapped line which is vdsl. I thought vdsl was only on 20mbps and higher. Surely i have an adsl line at 4mbps? yet having to use a vdsl router. Any help or info

VDSL routers are compatible with ADSL, yes you should be on ADSL.
