NO. There is a thing like standards why on earth must we stuck in the stone-age just because some can still use it, the 4Mbps can be priced the same as 1Mbps and become the standard.

When will ISPs learn that its not cheap data rates that will pull new or (dual-use data) customers BUT getting Telkom to drastically reduce rentals and give naked adsl.
They may as well subsidize the rental to make it look sweeter.
At the moment, its a disgrace to see the price of a line rental
