uncapped ADSL

It looks like I'll have to swallow the bitter pill of R1500 per month for uncapped ADSL from IS. I heard somewhere that they have latency issues (not good latency). Anybody with an IS account here that can give me some info on this?. I will eventually be hosting a domain or two on this account.

I'm also looking for an ISP who provides these accounts without a contract. Have not seen one as of yet - still looking.

I've been looking at getting an uncapped account from imagine-ips. They offer accounts on a month to month contract basis.
