• Client account is double debited on date of signature; <--- Get nailed twice on first month. Otherwise all good!
• Cyberonline will assist the customer in applying for an ADSL connection;
• All ADSL lines are managed by Telkom and not CyberOnline;
• CyberOnline manages the bandwidth and continuous service.

Just rmbr it's vat exclusive
I just sent them an email asking about Client account is double debited on date of signature. Wonder what they'll say? "Yes sir, you pay twice, just because we love you "

Seems like they charge you double, to stop people from cancelling. Seems like a good service though.

Is anyone with Cyberonline?
