Same issue here, 384 uncapped express+ with axxess running on a 4mbit line - normally i get ~420KByte/sec after 8 - today its 2KByte/sec ... hope this is not permanent.

Anybody else with an axxess uncapped express+ or similar account that is not experiencing problems (not the standard uncapped that is shaped throughout the day like mweb or standard IS uncapped) ?

Think you mean throttled or shaped ? and everybody on axxess express+ is throttled to the speed they paid for during the "day", i.e. between 08h00 and 20h00. Or throttled to a lower speed based on rolling window stuff, and possibly also shaped (dont know, almost never download during the day).

When I wrote "not the standard uncapped that is shaped throughout the day like mweb or standard IS uncapped" I meant day as in 00h00 to 23h59 ...

And I meant shaped, i.e. you get !#@!@# speed on anything ISP don't like you to be using all their precious bandwidth on.
