Hi

Could somebody from iBurst confirm that data used between 00h00 and 08h00 are subtracted from your data bundle if you have a Uncapped Anytime (eg 128KiB) VAS/Bolt-on. (This is what I've been told by the iBurst Helpdesk)

Issue I'm having is that data was subtracted from my bundle/cap that was downloaded between 00h00 and 07h00/08h00 on 1 September. I'm sure this was not the behavior last month.

Edit: I have A Wireless 2 subscription with 128KiB Uncapped Anytime VAS.

From their website
Extra value with Midnight 2 Morning
Get up to 90% of your data free after hours.

When you access the Internet after hours (12am to 8am, everyday) a portion of your data will be free, depending on your package. Click here to see details.

Uncapped Anytime

Unlimited internet access after your limit
If you have an iBurst Wireless package you can get unlimited Internet access at slightly slower speeds, once you have reached your limit.

When you use the Internet after hours (12am to 8am), you will enjoy access at full speed. Any data that you use during this period will not count to-wards your data limit.
Hope the guy at the help desk get a orientation ... :wtf:

@DagegeN: Yip that is the way I understand it, but the Helpdesk (2 different people) say the Free Bandwidth Part only applies after I have exhausted my Cap, even after I state I'm talking about the 00h00-08h00 time period.

I was told that if you're on the 2gig month to month package,50% of what you use after midnight is free.

Oh.... Well my daily report is indicating that i am not eating my "purchased" data allowance once i am in the 00:00-08:00 zone ... with my uncapped VAS. :wtf:

uncapped anytime my ass once again. CHANGE the package's name already its false advertising. Its like me saying PSN is free but you have to pay to play GT5 online despite it being a PS3 exclusive

The data is not substracted from the cap. However, we do provide reporting on the usage.

The name was Jannie's idea. Uncapped applies to usage and not speed. There is a difference between being capped and throttled.
