Uncapped+Data vs Wireless Data

Good Day to all.
Just would like to enquire about moving from one of the wireless
packages to the uncapped+.
I Migrated beginning of the month and all is cool, both from @lantic
and Iburst thanx.
My question is : When i log onto the Ibursts data usage site it still shows
data been used and remaining. Now i thought uncapped was unlimited ?

Anyway ive called Qlantic a few times this month and all times they telled
me to relax, Iburst still must update my details.
Well its getting to very little bytes left and just a bit worried, so was wondering
if anyone else has gone through the same process or simular.

Was just a bit worried cuase yesterday i noticed the data usage page been reset (All my values were 0
yesterday when i logged in from about 10am-11am)
Afterwards It still showed bytes i have left though.
Ive just 700megs left now so will see tonite, thanx.
 
The Uncapped product has a FUP which states when you have either 1GB or 3GB per day at full speed and only then is an uncapped rate limit applied on speed. So the dashboard shows what you have left at full speed.
 
I understand about the FUP policy but this is what my dashboard sais

It started with 16 gig beginning of month, it now sais 200mrg available. I cant see anything about the FUP etc, but then maby it is and i need some understanding how it works.
Just to update again i called @lantic again today and they said again i must ignore it as iburst still needs to update my status on thier systems.
 
Just to update:
Turns out i was still loggin on with my prev acc details. Today got my new logon details and can surf again.
Just a small problem, with the new uncapped logon details i cant log on the iburst site, but i think its a different method, if someone can clarify for me perhaps.....
 
both @uncapped.co.za" or @iburst.co.za" still happens, enen went a far to change my password from the default one to a new one today, but still no luck ?
 
ok that worked, thanx for the heads up, one more if u can help out please, the data usage left is how a full speed for the day i take it ?
im on uncapped+ and as far as i know its 3gig at full speed per day then they throttle u at 30KB if im right......
 
im not shure on the throttled speed my speed has been kak in cap or out of cap, but yes the colum on the left is wat u have left for the day until midnight on full speed
 
Yeah thats ur remaining data for the day on full speed that u can still use at midnight it should reset again, urs looks abit different than my, if u go to the account summary tab it shows u more stats

i just looked agian and the only menu i see on the left is buy bandwith, the screen i posted above is what i see when i log in using the menu account summary........
 
are u uncapped or uncapped+, reason im asking what ur speed like, i noticed im a bit slower now about 60kB ave from 100kB+ ave when i was on capped account ?
 
yeah its crap even surfing the web is a nightmare im from pretoria i mainly use it for newsserver now thats all its good for, online gaming has gone downhill
 
i just about get away ARMA 2 online, but still lags a bit here and there, i also stay mountainside Capetown so my signal is quiet strong to, but back to my question, so there should be no speed diff between the capped and uncapped pakages, minus FUP of course.......
