Uncapped local has arrived

Anyone confirm this? Im to lazy to disconnect from my awesome OpenWeb Uncapped account from OpenWeb for January.
 
I know time flies, but is it the 1st of April already :confused:

well the date stamp says either 2 January 2007 or 1 Febuary 2007 depending how you read it. So no :) lets hope its true
 
Well it certainly would be a welcome change, but we have heard rumours like this before...
 
well then someone with a TelkomIntenret account better test?
 
So once they go over their cap, they should no longer have international like under the current regime, but still have local...Somebody check!
 
what he said is you can use as much local as you want and its not added to that cap. so you wont be capped, unless you use 3GB international.... but Telkom said they cant do that type of accounting.

So if you use 3 gig international you will be capped?? But that doesn't make sense cos the 3 gigs are local and international. There is no splitting, as many of us would love...

Do you really believe they cant do it or is it a case that they wouldn't do it. ;)

Perhaps they're slowly coming around to obeying the icasa regs? :confused:
 
Possibly, but the easiest is to call TelkomInternet on their support number tommorow... Everyone here make like 3 calls and report back what was said?

Edited: We proved one part of what the topic creator said is false, it adds it to the stats.

Indeed, this begs the question...Do you have 3 gigs of local and international first and then everything after that is uncapped local? That would make the most sense to me...
 
Telkom said they will be complaint with regulations by Febuary 2007, so, its possible else there is simply no change and this guy with 4 posts, Doctorza, is just having fun here tonight with us.

Edited: Complaint must be compliant ;) hehe
