Search for web TV sites. They allow you to watch free TV stations. Probably not worth the effort...

This whole reconnet thing you guys keep talking about, I'm not getting any of it. Im getting perma 130kB/s, ad spikes to 190kB/s.

Oh and I really need some Legal places. DVDs too expensive and retal places dont have :/ I've looked at graboid.com. Anybody know if it is legit?

Fansubs are not 100% legit but they allow you to preview something that is not commercially available outside Japan. Fans donate their time to put subtitles to the video - hence the term fansubbed.
