Is It possible to be uncapped if u connect to a VPN that is uncapped?

You do realize that a VPN still uses your bandwidth just like anything else? Gmail is free too, but still you are not "uncapped" if you use it...

No, won't work.
A VPN still uses bandwidth, so once you're capped, the VPN will stop working.
OTOH - if you've got a local ADSL package, and connects locally to a VPN (which, in turns, connects you internationally), then you should (in theory) be able to get a bit more out of it...
