Uncapped

Just yesterday I said I will wait a few months to get uncapped.now I see mweb has reduced their prices to r199 for 1mbps line.bt I am dumb at stuff like this,I knw u need to also add the telkom line rental,is there no cheaper alternatives because darn their prices is ridiculious.

I knw my sister has a open web acc and she uses neotel....

Plz help me make up my mind!!!
