A news report suggests netbook pioneer Asus has assembled a team to put Google's Android OS on its popular range of Eee netbook PCs, reports iTWire. However, as the project is still “in development”, an Android Eee is not guaranteed.

I'd be very interested to see the performance of a PC Android OS...
