Undelete appointments in Outlook

A client says she deleted an appointment in Outlook and ' somehow ' all appointments were deleted !

Any idea how to get these back again or are they gone forever ?

Can't test this, but while you are at the inbox, click on tools and then on recover deleted items ...

No ' recover deleted items ' available.

Apparently if you have Business Contact Manager installed then there is an option to recover items - but it is not installed by default it seems.

Do you backup the mailboxes?

Client did not backup her mail, but I have copied her pst to desktop in case I find an undelete solution.
