Undelivered Ebay order

Ordered a small item on Ebay- never arrived.

The 60 day money back window expired and so- is there no recourse?

Ebay wont refund me. I contacted the seller but he lodged a counter complaint- lol.

It was not a lot of money- any other options than just passing it off as school fees?

Yip- the normal international free delivery option for an item from China.

I'm thinking of just going to the post office and checking if there it is there.

ive had free shipping from ebay take 18 months .(it was eventually found behind the sorting counter on the floor ).some just never arrive .
