Understanding Telkom Sales

So i requested to upgrade my weekend everyday plan to HomeUnlimited 4mbs

I got a call from a Telkom rep, going through the process to upgrade over the phone.
She did say it would take up to 48 Working Hours - which relates to about 5-6 days.

So on Monday, after the call , I cancelled my data account with my ISP.
However even though its only been about 24 working hours, I see no "New Orders" on my telkom online profile.

Wondering what happens after the time goes by, I have no order number to give.
Is this normal?
