Underwater Glue

Anyone know of a glue which can be applied underwater to PVC piping?
Most glues say waterproof but needs to be applied to a dry surface.

I actually need to glue some PVC piping underwater.

Alcolin have a product called Aquamend. And AFAIK most epoxy resins cure under water...

If you get pratleys puttey (not quickset) it cures underwater.
My dad used some to replace the glass on his pool's light with perspex I cut for him.

I use Prattley Putty for pool leaks (around intake housing). Terrific stuff.
