Underweight

Just curious but I've been told I'm underweight for my size...

I'm 1.7m tall but only weigh 59.5Kg, I don't look skinny or anything so I'm just wondering what is the average weight for a male that height?

I'm not skinny, nor very built although I am like 5cm shorter.
I would say you are underweight if you were under 55kgs and I calculate you BMI to be 20.5 although BMI is flawed but you're fine

IMO, just from the sound of it, it does seem a tad underweight for a man, but not seriously so. Not meaning to be nasty to you or anything...

Google "Body Mass Index" and you wil be able to get an accurate indication.

BMI's are better for woman i believe. For men it is sometimes a bit of a joke TBH.
