Uneven Download Speeds

Hi,

I am currently struggling to get a proper download speed. I have upgraded my line from a 2mbps to a 4mbps. We are a family of 5 with a Huawei HG532F router, which is 2 years old. Every time I rum a speed test the download speed graph starts at 3.95 and gradually go's down to 2.20. This happens constantly, even at 2AM. What might be the cause of this?

May be the contention ratio is a bit high, also may help if telkom "reset the port" for you (call them and ask them to do that).
