Architecture design for construction companies. Very small company.

It is so common in this industry, too much testosterone and muchoness going around. I had a previous co-worker that did the same with his subordinates, when I confronted him he got to the point of being aggressive, which is just how this industry operates. Everyone is trying to be too bloody mucho. I hope she gets another job fast, this company just sounds to ****.

I have seen some women on building sites talk exactly like men do when drunk, all in bad taste. You ma se **** talk etc. It is asif everyone is tryng to be overly tough.

It is not always the best idea to take a case to the CCMA as this could affect her long term career. Some employment agencies and HR departments screen for CCMA cases and can request the hearing transcript. Even if she is in the right it might not look that way because they will most certainly fight back dirty. In my opinion the best thing she can do for herself is look for something else and try to leave without any bad blood.
