Unidentified caller ?

I've been getting calls from "Unidentified Caller" for the past 2 weeks. Sometimes between 4-7 calls per day. Every time I answer the call is terminated. I'm really getting p*ssed off with this now. I presume there is no way to find out where these calls are coming from because it is an "Unidentified Caller" ? :mad: :twisted:

It is useless to ask Vodacom something. They are never prepared to assist. I tried and they say that they do not keep records of incoming calls and I must go and open a case of harassment with the police and let them investigate. Now how the hell is it possible for the police to investigate but Vodacom can't ? Why don't they rather say that they don't want to assist ? They always have some lame excuse why they cannot help. :mad:
 
I am having the same problem. Tell Vodacom they can either help or you will move service to a different provider. I dont know if it will help.

They won't do anything without a docket being opened at SAPS. SAPS will then instruct Vodacom to look into it.
