Unifi Portal - noting changes made

Hi

Is there a place in the portal whereby one can make notes of changes made, communication with clients etc?

We manage a few clients and it would be great to be able to document and changes made or conversations with clients.

I sugest you implement a Change Control procces. Strage that a company doers not have that in place already....

Change control is a systematic approach to managing all changes made to a product or system. The purpose is to ensure that no unnecessary changes are made, that all changes are documented, that services are not unnecessarily disrupted and that resources are used efficiently.
