Wednesday I registered a new domain for and on behalf on the "University of Stellenbosch". The invoice came back immediately and somehow the owner changed. The invoice showed the owner as "University of the Western Cape".

So my questions are:
1 how did it change. my ticket did not have anything in it about University of the western Cape.
2 how do i change it.? Their system does not allow changes to the ticket unless it gets paid.
3 the invoice cannot be processed until it reflects the owner as "University of Stellenbosch".

Uniforum is longer operating as that brand. Domains are managed by ZA Central Registry.
Using the ticket system is using the legacy system and you should rather be using a ZA accredited Registrar.
Domains need to be paid for now before any changes can be made.
You can log a dispute with the ZA Central Registry
