Any good software available to completely uninstall programs and leaving any traces behind?

Thanks in advance!

Go with the revo route. I have used it and it has done a good job
you could also look at Uninstaller Pro or Easy Uninstaller

I use Revo Free, in the Advanced mode, clear out everything it finds and when it is finished do a registry sweep with ccleaner. Very effective and never had any negative issues. (The only thing that process didnt uninstall was that damn Babylon toolbar thingie from my Firefox, had to do that manually, @#$% Malware!)

The only uninstallers that try to do what you're asking have to be present before installing something and will monitor the install and take system snapshots before and after installation to undo the changes. This is all useless/unnecessary unless you're trying to bypass some kind of trial period software, in which case even that might not be enough.

The only way to truly do what you're asking is to make a clone of the drive and restore it thus removing all traces.

Maybe if you went into some detail of what you're trying to do you could get actually helpful answers.

Thanks to all!
I now have Revo on my PC and uninstalled the program however afterwards I did a scan for leftover and unwanted files and it came up with more than 1400 files (can't be sure if all these are part of the program)! I cancelled the cleanup process because I wasn't sure if I should allowed it to clean all these files.
