Uninstalled DSTV Now App Hisense TV

Hi. I accidentally uninstalled the DSTV Now app from my Hinsense Smart TV. I did a factory reset because the app was bugging. Could anyone give me advice on how to get it back?

Didn't know that was possible :-D

My best guess is to keep factory resetting and hope it comes back. That's what the Hisense technician did recently

Hisense usually will send a technician if your TV is under warranty (they usually have long warranties). Maybe you can also ask them to do a software update.
