Nope, its a prepaid offer through UNISA. You pay upfront like many of the other prepaid (cheaper) 3G offers from the networks (which none allow to be added to your existing contract).

If you cannot afford the R600 upfront, you cannot afford it even on contract.

maybe i didn't explain, properly.
i will go through the process of applying with UNISA and pay the R600....
now instead of buying a dual sim phone, mifi device, migrate my number to prepaid, i would just like it to be added to my contract.

Afrihost, with their latest, R149 for 5GB allows you to do it if you are on MTN.

FAIK you can't on Telkom Mobile as you'll be given a new data sim card for the service.. As for Cell C i assume it's possible because you're allowed to use your own sim card..

Do you mean you want to use your current SIM card? With a CellC SIM card you can.
