tell me which text books are required

You're doing 2nd level subjects and you don't know how to find what text books you need?

You will not be able to register for COS2614 and COS1512 as COS1512 is a prerequisite for COS2614.

Check your module guides, there after google ebooks they are way cheaper to obtain as opposed to hard copies.
