I ordered an ADSL router from Uniterm Direct CPT - www.dgb.co.za

I had my order processed , paid and collected all in 5 mins.

A big thanks to Jason at the CPT branch. Mega helpful, mega quick service.

I would say its the best service i've ever had from a distributor.

I will definitely use you guys again.

They are good! - They screwed my order up once, but they were very quick to swap to product out, no questions asked. I used Uniterm JHB... I just wished they'd open up a Pretoria/Centurion satellite branch.. Even as far as Pretoria North/Kolonade will be acceptable...

Thanks so much for the awesome feedback and positive gestures about us (Uniterm Direct), it really is fantastic to see that our hard work pays off and that we're so well liked in the industry. Our pricing at Uniterm Direct is generally always competitive but we do sometimes slip up with pricing here and there because of external factors like R/$ exchange rates etc..., the one thing though that I think we never slip up with is awesome service and great customer satisfaction, we take great care to ensure we're far better than our competitors in this aspect and this thread is testament to that.

We are aware that geographically our JHB operation is not ideally located for all of our customers, we are however looking at opening up another branch in JHB that will be more centrally located, we’ll keep the existing location though as we do have tons of clients that find it to be conveniently located.
 
+1 to this thread. Excellent service from Uniterm Direct. Very happy with the ultimate tp-link router I bought.
 
there's a typo in the initial post the correct address is www.dbg.co.za a few people have pointed this out and also indicated correct address :) Perhaps Jsheed_SA could edit and correct the initial post to avoid confusion?
