Unity 11.04 Ubuntu - no working

Morning everyone (hope the coffee tastes good)

Just got my VM virtual box going, and drop my ubuntu 10.10 image and upgraded it to the 11.04 for the unity interface. However on startup I got a message saying there was an error. I opened a terminal and tried running unity, and got the following:

Compiz (opengl) - Fatal: GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap is missing
Compiz (opengl) - Fatal: Software rendering detected
Compiz (bailer) - Info: Ensuring a shell for your session

Help?

Are you using Virtual Box v3.x? Ubuntu 11.04 is not compatible with Virtual Box 3.x. Here's how to get it working with Virtual Box v4:
