Good Day all you good people, I hope I am on the correct thread, I haven't been around for a while.
I am trying to ID my ISP for Bergzicht Complex ,Corner of Da Gama and Broadway Stand.
It may be Frogfoot, but a resident said it was not and that they have changed their supplier.
The flat is fiber ready as the the connection box is present marked with my unit number.
Frogfoot area map indicates that they can be or are the Main ISP.
At 80,zero patience with call centers, or chin wagging going no where, or my nemeses ,put on hold.
Thanking all you good people.

I am still at my old address, My ISP is Telkom/Openserve on a 20/20 uncapped connection.
I am trying to get ready for my new address in three weeks time.
My humble apologies if I was not clear enough.

@Keno Can you give the exact full location? I was going to check for you but I cant find that address in Google Maps

If it was installed by Frogfoot then it's Frogfoot's network. They are Open Access though so you can have any ISP on their network. Which is probably why the resident is confused.

Frogfoots system says not their complex. Not even on planning

Thank you Razor. here it is according to Frogfoots map.
94 B Road, Strand, Cape Town.

I would tend to agree with Method's argument.
All the replies are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply Method.
I am leaning towards Sonic ? do you have a better suggestion, I know Sonic, they have been my sons ISP for a number of years now. The part I need most is having a Techie come onsite, when I need a bit of help.

I don't know Sonic's service at all. I'd go for Cool Ideas maybe. They are quite popular on MyBB.

Friend of mine in Cape Town uses GigaGo as an ISP and is very happy with their service, but I don't know if they will have a tech on site, you'll need to ask them.

Ah that's much better. So I checked on Frogfoot's website and they are definitely live (see attached image). I checked a few ISP coverage maps and Frogfoot seems to be the only one in the building. From an ISP selection perspective I highly recommend @websquadza or alternatively Cool Ideas. Hope this helps!
