That's it..

if soemone could help..

Do you have any PCI Cards or Graphics cards, or PCI USB Adapters?
Is it a laptop or desktop?
This should be your clue: "location: PCI bus 0, device 22, function 0"

Choose the "Details" tab in the window that pops up when you double-click on the device. There should be a dropdown box, with the "Device Instance Id" selected. See the box below the dropdown box and Google the bolded bit, for example PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27A2&SUBSYS...

This should give you an indication as to what hardware it belongs to. Also ensure that your search is in quotes, otherwise Google will not treat it as a single continuous block of text.

Um.. I have a GPU.. but the drivers is installed.. and that's it.. nothing else is installed on the PIC slots..

Also.. it's a desktop..

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_3B641458&REV_06

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_3B641458

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_078000

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_0780

All of them were there.. now what?

Looks like your chipset driver are not all installed, see below

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_3B641458&REV_06 Windows 7 Device Driver CD

Our database shows this device to be a Intel 5 Series 3400 Series Chipset HECI Controller
This is the device driver install cd for the device with the device id of PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_3B641458&REV_06. This will be identical or very similar to the CD that would of been supplied for your Intel 5 Series 3400 Series Chipset HECI Controller.

got the info from site below:
http://recovery-cd.com/system/PCI/P...64-SUBSYS-3B641458-REV-06-Windows-703202.html
