Is anyone else getting these unknown messages from Vodacom (sender phone number is 12 000) on their dashboard?
I've gotten a few, and I stuck the SIM from the datacard in my phone, and it's actually a message from Vodacom Customer Care saying: Vodacom Customer Care: Please be advised that we are experiencing technical difficulties with Vodacom4Me.Apologies for any inconvenience cased. Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care (sanita strydom)
Just for interest sake, I would hope that Vodacom know that the Smashboard software only recognises an SMS message of 160 characters or less and that their message from Customer care is longer than 160 characters (196 characters) thus the unknown message - although you can send multiple SMS's as one messsage from the smashboard, go figure?
