Unlimited call plans with decent mobile cap?

Currently on Telkom's Infinite plan - but I'm finding it unreliable of late (after 2 years of good service) - constant eSim dropouts / no data network available.



What are my options for something that's high/unlimited minutes + high data?

I see Melon Mobile does something decent (I assume this is MTN's network - anyone know?)

Any other plans that would suffice? (must support eSim).
