Unlimited cellular/mobile call/data contracts

I'm aware VC & TelkomMobile offer CALL contracts with unlimited voice and unlimited mobile DATA. These afaik have to be entered into on condition that you take a handset.

I'm interested to know if any cellular SP currently has a loophole allowing a such a call contract to be entered into without the client being obliged to take a handset, resulting in an unlimited voice/unlimited MOBILE DATA at a reduced monthly installment.

If not, then it appears I'm looking at R1599/month for said contract/plan, including top-end handset.
 
True Telkom mobile data is softcapped at 10 gb per month. The other service providers are capped at somewhere between 3 gb and 5 gb I think. Telkom mobile has the S4 @ R1399 per month.

I see an option where you can take SIM only, but as mentioned above - the TM offering is Soft capped at 10 GB

(There is a term stated that you need the IMEI of your device :confused:)
The SIM shall only be used on the device provided as part of the deal on a 24 month contract or IMEI supplied at a point of purchase in case of BYO/SIM only offer.
