sagateway looks OK. I use an OpenWeb Special- 2.1GB Int _28GB Local, R131.00.

Its not truly uncapped, as you pay per gig after a certain amount...its just not hard capped, really just soft capped, but capped it is.

Openweb and Webafrica both offer local only 30gb IS based accounts for R130, u do however get 2gb int usage out of these accounts. They are the best value for money atm. However depending on Telkom their now 5gb int and 30/50gb (has this been confirmed?) local only accounts for R239 will be better, and they are saix based.
