i have a SAMSUNG SGH-a127 from the usa and it is locked to the at&t network. can it be unlocked. thanks.

im sure it can, ask at a phone shop if they will do network unlock

Take it to MTN and they will unlock it, charging you an unluck fee, don't know how much.
