Has anyone ever managed to come up with a way of unlocking blacklisted blackberry's?

Thanks in advance for response.:)

Take it to Vodacom/MTN/Cell C store and ask them to remove it from the blacklist. :)

We will only do this request if you present us with a sworn and stamped affadidt from SAPS stating that you are the rightfull owner and that the device was not involved in any kind of fowl play. That was way back when, when I had a similar request. With the shenanighans going on today...they might have tightened the rules even more to incllude things like POP etc.

They should because an affidavit is a useless piece of paper as far as I'm concerned.

If he is the rightful owner he wouldn't have started such thread.

I hope the SAPS are monitoring the forum that way another criminal can be off the streets :P

There are ways to unlock blacklisted devices and you've to pay - they replace something in the device.
