I very highly doubt it.

To me, Unotelly is the benchmark of VPN services. But that might just be me :o

Yeah been helping other people around the office that try other products.

They always end up on Unotelly when they have enough issues. Remember also that not all alternatives allow you to change the region.

What do you use their VPN services for? I've never used anything other than their DNS service.

The standard unotelly service is not a vpn, it is dns-based, so not sure what the question is. Since it's not a vpn, the performance you get is directly dependent on the international performance of the ISP you are using. If you are getting high latency or packet loss on international routes, change your ISP. But unotelly is your best option if you have the right ISP.

anyone can rent a virtual host and pipe their connection to make it look like you're in a different country. but am I right to say Unotelly simply masquerades the common streaming servers by using alternative DNS? This is much smarter than wholesale vpn but you could set up your own dns too.

thought so

Yesterday Netflix (via Unotelly) wasn't working for me, but then again something seemed up with my internet at the time. Anybody else had any issues?

@OP, you can always create your own DNS server running on a VPS in the US/UK. I tried, but I'm now on Unotelly. Too much PT getting the thing up and running and making sure it doesn't get compromised.

Not many are better than Uno, maybe uno is the best. THe free/paid alternatives lack some cool features and cover less content. I must say you might find it quite challenging to leave the luxury that is Uno

to cancel the sub or just to go back to normal blocked content? no netflix, iplayer etc?

Unotelly has always worked great for me.

The best thing is the support. If something changes or there is a new service they put out a change within a day. That's what you are paying for.

They make it as easy as possible to get it working.

Then you won't need unotelly so why are you looking for alternatives?

bwana,im looking for one,to use with netflix etc and iplayer

It was working fine for me last night (roku + unotelly + WebAfrica capped account)

You can sign up here
Only $1.99 monthly and you can access all US/UK sites including Netflix,Hulu,BBC IPlayer, Spotify etc.
Much cheaper than VPN services that cost $5-10 monthly.
Can also use in combination with DNS Forwarder app on Android to make all the apps/sites work on your Android device.
