Hi Guys,

Just a heads up. I have noticed today that Unotelly has been double debiting me since January. That is as far back as I can see. Might have happened more. I just opened a ticket with them now. I have no idea how long it's been happening. The amounts are so small I never noticed it.

Maybe just check yours to be safe. My latest one was 28/02/2015 and then again 02/03/2015. February was 02/02/2015 and again 04/02/2015...

Will let you know once I receive feedback from my ticket.

One thing that I would suggest is that you check your active subscriptions.
What can happen is that you possibly double signed up for a service without realizing they don't cancel the old service.
This happened to me as well.

I had 4 different services on my account that had not been cancelled.
You need to cancel and submit a ticket to get it processed.

Nope, account number or reference on the debit is the same. Just 2 different dates. Very weird, will see what they say on the tickets, might be that you're correct, I highly doubt it though. Only signed up once.

Once my the paypal debit never went off on time and my service was suspended. So I paid manually and the next day it went through again. I opened a ticket and never got a reply.

I had 1 account but multiple debit schedules.
They all got debited as the same thing but different values.

Did you not maybe change your profile from a monthly debit to maybe 3 months or similar?
It won't delete the original subscription, you have to do it manually.

Yes, this has happened to me.
My account got suspended due to non-payment via paypal so I subscribed again and made the payment manually, the first suspended account came off 3 days later as well which I had to dispute.

Nope, I think it didn't go through once as they tried to debit it too early. I re-activated it again so what you're saying might be right. It's not a train smash since the amount is so small. I just don't want it to happen again though. I hope they respond to my ticket though. Else I'll have to cancel it completely and open a new one.
