Hi everyone

Is anyone else experiencing any issue accessing Netflix over the last couple of days?

Have accessing via PC and Roku, but nothing is playing - receiving the message that Netflix is not available in your country as yet.

Have tried rebooting router, static routes are working fine and have logged a ticket with unotelly (awaiting response).

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Thanks in advance

On your PC open command prompt and run:
ipconfig/all

Then make sure it lists the right DNS addresses.

Mine is still working fine.
Had a blip for about 30 mins last week but been fine ever since.

No issues here. Just check your static dns server is set correctly and that no filters or blocks are on the router.

These are the static routes setup in router... have pinged them all and all result in time outs...

Hi Chocolate bear, can you tell me what the ISP issue was?
I am currently sitting with the same issue , Static routes seem fine. Unotelly working, and can access Netflix from PC.

Does it say not available in your country?

Have you done a:

ipconfig/flushdns

No on my PC all is fine. I can access and watch Netflix.
but on my Roku, no such luck.
I have the following set up.
Billion Router, with a static IP for the Roku
I have set up static routes for 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Billion uses prefixes, not network masks. as my network mask is 255.255.255.0 I have used /24 as a prefix.

I have UnoTelly set up.

and As I said can access netflix on my PC.

My Roku will not even display the channel, let alone let me add it or view it.

Any ideas at all?

Should have used a VPN when you did the first setup and used a US account.

Thanks,
I did set up the Roku account as a US one, but did not go through a VPN. Will use the Unotelly 3 day option for that and create a new Roku account from a different email address..
Do you think it is necessary to create a new Unotelly account while on the VPN?

Yes, I would create a new account while on the VPN, the first time you setup your account even if you chose the US it would check your location and revert you back to SA, you have to create your account while on a VPN and then all the US channels will show.

Hi Soul Assassin, thanks for the advice. Worked a charm.
Any idea if logging into the Roku web account to add channels will result in the geoblocking happening again?
