Unotelly stopped working

Which unotelly account do you have?
 
Yes I went to quickstart - the green block say everything is Ok with a big tick.
 
I an access Netflix. I can browse and everything. However, as soon as I click on something to watch, a red circle appears and its loading and nothing happens.

And if you leave it a bit does it come on? It might load a little longer on the first load.

That red circle is the loading indicator. If there is an issue it will say so after trying a while. Tell us that error.

Yesterday we had an issue on the Ipad. It would not load at all. After that red circle was on a while it would say "could not connect at this time try again" I fixed it by resetting the app. First thing I thought off till she said she's using the Laptop :o

Must have been luck tbh. Think it could have been silverlight as bio said. Just glad it's working. Btw, keep that dynamo link, change regions for different shows and content :)
 
Wait :( Now its not working!!! It seemed to load the latest episode of American Horror Story - but when I went to Season 1 Ep 1 it is now still again red circle :( Is this normal - that it takes so long to load??

Wow, very impressed that your mom knows that something like Unotelly exists. Mine struggles to change the channel on DSTV with an actual remote :/

Give it time to load. If it fails it will give you an error. We need to know what that error is.
 
ok, but what I want to know, does it normally take this long to load to watch a Season 1 Episode 1?
