Hi All,
I have been using Unotelly and Netflix for several months at home, and suddenly it has stopped working. If I go through the troubleshooting steps it looks like the Unotelly DNS is not being used despite it being the only DNS server set.
I have gone through the troubleshooting with a Unotelly support tech in detail and he has also given up. To put everyone in the picture:
- I have a problem on my MacBook pro and two Apple TV devices (so not device specific)
- The problem persists even at work on a completely different ADSL line (so not connection specific)
My home connection is wi-fi from a farm to town, and then ADSL. At work (in town) its ADSL and probably a different ISP (although not certain since I am not sure what ADSL ISP my farm wi-fi provider uses).
The problem certainly seems ISP/proxy related given all devices have stopped working at the same time. Given the two connections both fail I even had the thought it may be country-wide but the lack of noise on any forums about this rules that out.
Can anyone shed any light or help?
Thanks
Cheers
Richard
