unplayable ...again

hi once again there is HUGE delay / lag to world of warcraft myself and a friend last night did speed tests all seem fine..

i can play any local game fine.. as soon as i try international games i lag out

eg wow = 1300 ms..
Aion online = 900 ms with massive lag spikes
MU online... couldnt even log in
CODWAW ( american server) 1000 latency couldnt play

second day now..
and with all this i still managed to use 500 mb of data in one night.. dont know how.. but the iburst modems light wasnt even flickering

anyway. anyone else having the same problem

its very annoying being a guild leader and not being able to raid. thanx

I have just been informed that an upstream provider has lost some infrstructure in the Cape. This will affect International links causing degraded throughput/latency. Our HSDPA and ADSL clients will also be affected.

We have not been supplied an ETR on this as yet.

I have checked your tracerts and your problem exists at a Dusseldorf switch.

Please try another realm to check. Perhaps the one Diegoa is using. He seems to never have a problem

Would the static ip some are talking about maybe help ?
