Unprofessional Openserve

Last week I was called by a consultant at Openserve to confirm my install date which we set as 30 April. This was perfect because my then-current provider would’ve been ending and I would’ve had a smooth rollover.
Come the morning of the 30th, 8am- no show. Gave them till 1pm. No show, no call, no sms. I then contacted my isp. It is as though every consultant is programmed to that it has been escalated but never does anything.
come 8pm last night, fibre gets cut. Still no Openserve. I’m now left without fibre, without internet to do work and all my isp says is that they have escalated. You can’t even get into contact with Openserve. As much as I blame Openserve I can’t help but feel let down by my isp. Surely they must do more than pass the buck on?

I'm sorry for the bad experience you have been having with getting your Openserve line installed.

I do owe a shout out to @AfriNatic. Hugely helpful and managed to find an alternative that is better than nothing. Much appreciated.
 
I'm in the exact same problem.

I've ordered through Afrihost, and Openserve's technicians have scheduled twice now but no-showed. I've been without proper internet for over a month now.
